What is The Process Like?
Everyone’s journey is different. Each person lives a different life, has different genes, and prefers different things. We have different codes we live by, desires and fears as well. This is not a one-size-fits-all kind of program.
Deanne will work with you, one-on-one, to find what makes you YOU, and create the best path to healing and vibrant health. Deanne only takes a set number of clients at a time, so that she can devote the necessary energy and time.
1. Tests and Analysis - Start where you are
We start at the beginning, which means starting where you are now. Only when we know where we are, can we then create a path to to where we want to be. This often starts with the appropriate tests and analysis for patterns.
2. Lifestyle and Nutritional Health
First steps – we assess the immediate needs and issues, and put out the major fires first. My goal is for you to feel better, fast!
3. Core Values and Alignment Health
We take a look at what your personal values are, and how you are either living in alignment with them – or perhaps not. This shift is where we start to see our outside world change.
4. Actions and Transformation
Here, we start to implement the shifts we see are at odds with what you need. Are you ready to change your life?
5. Fulfillment and Continuous Growth
Here we find ways to keep your momentum going, and how you can pass this along to those around to as well.
